Description:
Lovely thatched cottage scene by unknown artist. Well cut by Alden Fretts, Pittsfield and West Springfield, MA in 1930's from plywood, interlocking with 24 figures. His "signature piece" is the figure of a running dog in the lower right corner. Artist has been identified as W.M. Thompson by web browser Vance (Jeff) Cook who has kindly identified several other artists for me.
