My Worcester Dickens Fellowship studied Pickwick Papers by Charles Dickens for its 2016-17 season. I hosted our monthly meeting for April at Briarwood, and displayed approximately 24 of my puzzles depicting scenes from Pickwick Papers. For many of the puzzles I was able to find the language in the book from which the artist painted the scene. The depictions were surprisingly accurate. Artists are: Frank Reynolds, Harold Copping, Will Owen, Cecil Aldin, Albert Ludovici, Jr., Harry Elliott.
