Unusually wide (to fit in all the horses and dogs) Pastime puzzle produced by Parker Brothers in he 1920's.  Interlocking, cut along color lines with 61 figure pieces.  Artist is the noted Harry Elliott, born Charles Edmond Hermet, a French painter and illustrator.  As an artist he is best known for his humorous stenciled prints, and hunting scenes in the Victorian style of Randolph Caldecott and above all Cecil Aldin, illustrator for Charles Dickens. He was one of a number of French Dickens illustrators active in the 1930s. Wikipedia
