Historical (Valley Forge-1778). scene painted by Clyde O. DeLand. from original painting by Henry Cariss.  Presumably, that is Washington administering the Oath.  No repairs needed.  Business card glued to box bottom stating puzzle belonged to library of F.O. Sargant.  As with all Miss Ayer's puzzles, lots of excellent color line cutting.
