An Exciting Finish

Catalog Code:
1- 1657
Description:

Purchased from an English dealer with 1 piece missing, this puzzle arrived with extensive de-lamination of the plywood requiring me to re-laminate 118 pieces and rebuild an additional 18 for a proper fix.  Another "labor of love", but well worth it because of the terrific scene and excellent cutting.  Presumably scene takes place in a large English manor house.  Unknown maker, cut 1909 c., plywood, non-interlocking, extensive color line cutting.  Artist is C.T. Garland.  The window and curtains on the right had me stumped for some time!  We particularly enjoy assembling difficult puzzles like this at our Maine house near Bethel, ME where we have more time and can escape our busy lives in Worcester.
