Presumably, the first ride for the wild-eyed young woman driver and not for her frightened mother in the back seat. I classify this scene in my "unusual women" collection as it depicts the daredevil enthusiasm of young woman (Gibson girl?) for adventure. Pastime puzzle cut by #91, Parker Brothers, Salem, MA in 1924. Semi-interlocking, cut along color lines with 24 figure pieces. Artist's name difficult to read but appears to be Bergough, or possibly Berghoff?
