While the upper part with buildings and trees is relatively straight forward, the bottom section is quite challenging because the little figures break up any continuity of color to work on. The puzzle also has one very unusual feature added just before cutting: the name on the tall red building in the middle is "HOGDKINS INSURANCE", obviously a form of personalization except that Ted & Ruth's last name is spelled, "HODGKINS".
