A web browser has pointed to Pauline Jackson who is identified as the artist by an art dealer selling a print of the scene and Anne Williams.
Parker Brothers Pastime puzzle cut by #753 in 1940/50s.  Interlocking, color line cut with 60 figure pieces.  No repairs needed.  Included are notes by a prior owner.
