1930's Joseph Straus, Brooklyn, NY wood puzzle cut with more intricate and interesting interlocking pieces.  Unable to identify the artist.   There are many "sunny harbors" around the world, so title search led nowhere.  The cutting is about the best I have seen from Straus, with many aesthetically pleasing and delicate pieces.
