An unknown maker cut this extremely intricate, tight puzzle with excellent color line cutting but with occasional knobs along the color lines to ensure complete interlock. Note "thinning" of pieces, with many edge pieces locking together only from an inside piece. Intricately cut puzzles reached their heights in the 1930's. Artist is Frank Stick; art date is 1913.
