Plywood, interlocking, cut along color lines with 30 figure pieces.  White border cut as part of puzzle and makes assembly a littler easier.  Dark woodwork of room displays puzzle cutting very well.  Artist is F.M. Bennett; art date 1922; Louis Wolff & Co is print makers. 
Frank Moss Bennett was a British painter of portraits, historical scenes and architecture. He was known for his posthumous portraits, particularly of soldiers killed during the First World War, which were commissioned by grieving relatives as a remembrance of their sons and husbands. Wikipedia
