Victory Super-Cut puzzle from G.G. Hayter & Co., Bournemouth, England.  Super-Cut was Hayter's top line: interlocking, cut along color lines with 15 figures and scalloped (wavy) edges.  Artist for this gorgeous scene is Vernon Beauvoir Ward (1905-1985), a 20th-century English painter and commercial artist noted for his works of flowers, birds and Edwardian subjects and who lived for most of his life in Hampstead in London. Wikipedia.  No repairs needed.
