Victory Popular puzzle (Mfg. # P.6) published by G. J. Hayter & Co., Bournemouth, England 1940/50.  Artist is George Hann (1900-1979) a 20th Century British artist. His impressionist style was heavily influenced by his French contemporaries. Hann maintained studios in both Brighton and Chelsea but traveled and painted extensively throughout France. He spent much of his working life across the channel, with scenes of local life featuring heavily in his works.  askART
