Unknown maker of this interlocking puzzle cut along color lines.  Nice colors by well known artist, Percy Moran.  Edward Percy Moran (1862–1935),  was an American artist known for his scenes of American history.  Examples of his work are found in many prominent collections.  Most paintings of Washington involve his war years and home life at Mt. Vernon.  This scene is unusual depicting his interest in commerce.
